Eco Lifestyle 3H
( Happiness Health and Herbs )

20 years of hard work and mental labor of my team and me has poured into this project. We hope that 3H (Happiness Health and Herbs) will prove to everybody that health and mental well-being is achievable by yourselves when you give nature enough chance.

My team and I, we have a humble wish to spend our remaining years in a compact and compassionate community, rich with natural food sufficient for living. Members can participate in activities that provides value for themselves and others until their last days. That community is “Self Sufficient Community: Eco Lifestyle 3H.”

I’m grateful that the universe gave us the chance to create this haven. We further hope to share the stories and ways of self-sufficiency to everyone through our heirs who will indefinitely preserve our self-sufficient natural ways.

 Phoothong DEMONT (Cheng)

Through the course of my life, I’ve suffered many diseases. allergies, migraine, hepatitis, gastritis, cancer, pneumonitis, and depression that led to many suicide attempts.

My life story is a series of life-threatening diseases. Having to take daily medicines from the age of 18 took a toll on my liver and eventually led to an incurable Hepatitis C when I was 24, a condition that Taiwanese doctors said would take my life by 30.

I became interested in naturopathy as an alternate medicine.

Now I’m 50, healthy and happy.

I started a well-being community: Village Bien-Etre and run the Maison Bien-Etre. I host holistic health activities, lead yoga classes, and teach Thai massage in France under the name: Bien-Etre 3H (Happiness Health and Herbs).

3H then became the inspiration for the Eco Vitality Village in France and Eco Lifestyle 3H in Thailand. I wish for everyone’s safe, warm, and happy late years in their lives among caring people and abundant nature in Thailand with Eco Lifestyle 3H SIDA.

Ketsiree Sukruam (Kru Lek)

Mrs. Ketsiree Sukruam (Kru Lek), an ex-teacher who decided to retire early in her 47 due to her chronic illness. Severe allergy was a frequent visitor that often sent her to the ER in the middle of the nights. Regular visits to the hospital and doses upon doses of synthetic medicine only did harm to her body. She then decided together with her partner to retire early. She aimed to take better care each other . while her partner wanted to take care of her. I spent over 6 years taking good care of myself and made my life anew. I’m much healthier today, free from the disease that crippled me before. I’ve learned and become adept in Thai traditional medicine for more than 15 years. Now, I run Suan Chom Phai by Captain Sakeaw : an alternative healthcare center with over 15 year’s experience in professional healthcare service.

I am grateful for the chance to learn and practice natural medicine. I think this has been a great chance that we shared our experiences we have in natural healthcare.
